This is a special group of cranes which are mainly used for uploading or unloading timber but it can be also used for collecting and loading waste material. Cranes are known for its rugged construction, high speed and capacity. Normally the crane is operated from a high seat offering an excellent overview of the working area which makes the work easier. Timber cranes are usually upgraded with timber grabs or rotators and can be mounted on the overhang of the vehicle or behind the cabin.
With a polyp grab the timber cranes can be used in public utilities (for removal or recycling of raw materials).
