Production

For optimal functioning and safety of the loading device it is important to coordinate the device with the vehicle. This is made by our technical staff using a special computer program designed at the Palfinger Company. They enter the client wishes into the program – depending on purpose of use, which is transferred to the desired vehicle. The computer program accurately calculates the mass of the vehicle, stability, etc. This kind of approach ensures coordination and at the same time eliminates the errors that could arise after the mounting had already been completed. Therefore, it is of great importance that before buying a product, a well-coordinated project is made that will guarantee the right choice

Mounting of the device is performed at our headquarters in Vuzenica. All the necessary tests are made after the mounting. The vehicle is then prepared for the needs of the homologation process which can also be performed at our headquarters. Our company organizes trainings for crane operators in cooperation with an authorized organization.

When mounting an upgrade or a device, it is very important to follow both the instructions of the upgrade/device manufacturer and the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer. Materials used for mounting must also comply with the requirements.

In order to implement all the activities described above, our company Bijol employs highly-skilled staff and has working experience with a number of devices mounted by our company and successfully used throughout Slovenia.
