Service
In 16 years of operation we have sold over 1000 devices, for operation of which we provide an organized service network all around Slovenia. Major part of services are held at our headquarters in Vuzenica but we also have our own service workshop in Vransko, we perform service in the field and we also have 6 contractual services.
Whilst the storage of basic spare parts is held in Vuzenica, the specific spare parts are delivered from our suppliers (Palfinger - Austria, Sennebogen – Germany, Mus-Max – Austria,…). All spare parts are available in the catalogue given to all customers before purchase. All parts are marked with a code and a title. All devices are marked with a serial number and manufacture date so that the purchase can be carried out without any problems.
Our company employs skilled professionals who are trained in the PALFINGER Company. They are familiar with all the developments and recent changes in technology. Electronics has become an important part in the development of the new products since it helps to diagnose the problem easily and solve it in a more effective way.
